The customer service at the widely known electronic devices shop, Song Brothers, in particular the branch at Sim Lim Square, is something to talk about.
It is a national disgrace.

personal experience.
was there to get something for my camera.. dun ask me why i end up there.
tested two items, and decided not to buy one of it. the fuckin salesman then start to give me some seriously fucked up attitude.
should and would have walked off, but i needed the item, so i eventually bought it after making him lower the price.
next time if i happened to be bored at simlim, i'll go there and pretend to be interested in a hell lot of stuff. make him open up everything.. then i'll just walk off.
sounds really fun.
i swear i'll never let them earn another penny off me again. pls go warn all ur frens.
they are truly a national disgrace.
